What can you comfortably afford?
Your pre-approval is important, but your monthly payment is only one piece of the puzzle. We’ll look at taxes, insurance, HOA dues, maintenance, utilities and other costs so you have a realistic picture of homeownership.

What are you saving for?
Down payment and closing costs are important, but you shouldn't necessarily drain your savings just to get the keys. We’ll talk through your overall financial picture and your cash-to-close strategy.

What does homeownership look like long-term?
Are you planning to stay for five years? Ten? Is this your forever home, a starter home, or potentially an investment? Your goals should influence the property you choose.

What programs might you qualify for?
